Lot of Two Marx Toys
Mechanical Horse & Cart With Popeye Driver
Wind-up Toys are in Original Boxes
Tin litho horse and cart, 7.5" long, celluloid Popeye driver figures in each cart with swinging arms, 4" tall, no maker's mark present on either of the toys, but both boxes are marked "Louis Marx and Co.".
Condition
- Toys near mint in working condition with only slight storage wear. Popeye figures in fine condition which is amazing due to the fragile nature of celluloid. Boxes are complete, bright, and in excellent condition; closure tabs on one end of each box slightly distressed, small holes in each box at the same location caused by the axle of the cart poking through while stored.
