Description
National Pony Express Centennial Association Bronze Plaque. This plaque shows the centennial dates of 1860 - 1861 and 1960 - 1962 and features the busts founders William H. Russell, Alexander Majors, and William B. Waddell with a Pony Express rider and the established route above their heads. On the obverse is the foundry stamp, Frank Hays Metalworks Sonoma, CA. The plaque is 16 5/8" in diameter and the condition is excellent.Auction Info
