Description
Three Autograph Documents from Arizona, including:Invoice from Lord and Williams, March 30, 1877, Tucson, Arizona, one page, 8.5" x 7.25", company letterhead. This invoice for general merchandise is near fine with original folds and a small hole punch at left left.
Autograph Letter from C. L. Gutterson, Attorney-at-Law, January 22, 1884, St. Johns, Arizona, two pages, 8" x 10", office letterhead. In this letter, Gutterson writes to a client in Los Vegas, New Mexico, regarding nonpayment of a note. Very good with original folds, some wear along the right edge, and two "wormholes" in the center of both pages. Toward the end of the letter, the ink has faded to light brown.
Autograph letter from E. H. Simpson to U. S. Marshall Wm. M. Griffith, July 12, 1897, Williams, Arizona, one page, 8" x 10.5", Grand Canyon Hotel letterhead. In this letter, Simpson congratulates Griffith on being appointed U. S. Marshall. Fine with original folds and two hole punches at top.
