L. G. Murphy & Co. Post Traders Fort Stanton, New Mexico Territory, 1872. Document from the post trader company L.G. Murphy was the faction that Billy the Kid fought in the Lincoln County War in New Mexico Territory. A year latter they moved the Post to Lincoln, New Mexico. Very scarce document. Measures approximately 8.50" x 14'.Condition: Fine-very fine, has some separation in folds.
