1884 Wells Fargo Express Order. Wells Fargo employee R.D. Armstrong sends a note to "Messers B & M" in Engle, New Mexico, once a thriving cattle town and shipping point for ore and supplies, requesting "four express bows for stage, width of boddy [sic] three feet seven inches." One page, 5.5 x 8.25", February 20, 1884, n.p. Edges are chipped and torn; several occasional wormholes. Very good condition.Auction Info
