Certificate of Assay from the Office of J. McVicker, August 16, 1879, Salt Lake City, Utah, one page, 8.5" x 11", office letterhead. This partly printed assayer's certificate lists six different types of ore submitted by Captain Joab Lamerener, plus the amounts and values of gold and silver found in each. Signed "John McVicker".
