New York, Henry T. Williams, 1876, 297pp. Bound in cord, advertisement on back page for farming lands offered for sale by the Union Pacific Railroad. Dog-eared corners. Woodcut on cover of Native American, bear, river, sunrise and a train going through a mountain pass. Apparently sold to passengers on board Union Pacific trains.
