1916, 20c Pale Ultramarine (E4 var.), top margin imprint and plate no. 22620 block of eight, straightedge and split arrow at right, radiant color, extremely well centered, fresh and Very Fine.

ONE OF THE RAREST PLATE BLOCKS IN ALL OF PHILIPPINE PHILATELY.
