15c Brown & Blue, Type I (118), incredibly fresh and all but perfectly centered with lavishly large jumbo margins, rich color cancel and a lightly struck partial New Orleans duplex cancel; Extremely Fine to Superb. Scott $75. The sole XF-Sup 95J awarded by PSE to a 15¢ Type I; with more than 110 graded to date, just two examples have graded higher.SMQ $4,550 for a normal XF-Sup 95
