10c Milky Blue "Frame Line" (10a), tied on a very faulty partial cover by a small double circle Mobile, Ala c.d.s., 20 May 1863, stamp has a clipped corner at the lower right but only in the margin, almost complete line visible at the bottom and 50% of the line visible at left and right, stamp also shows just a little edge gum toning top and right.Scott $1,800 off cover
