#C3, 1918, 24c Carmine & Black, XF-S 95J PSE. (Original Gum - Never Hinged). Top sheet margin Plate No. 8493 single. Exceptionally well-centered within enormous margins. The vignette shifted slightly to the left giving the appearance of a "fast-flier." Extremely Fine to Superb. PSE - Encapsulated.
