#1, 1847, 5c Red Brown. (Used). Single tied by blue Philadelphia town cancel on 1849 dated folded letter to Hagerstown, MD. The stamp being a three margin example with ample margins left, right and bottom, the top varying from just beginning to cut into the frame line to just clear. Fine to Very Fine. 2008 PF Certificate.
