Braniff International Airways In-Flight Wool Blankets (Five), "Jellybean" Era Cabin Textiles. A vibrant set of five original Braniff International Airways in-flight passenger blankets, dating to the airline's celebrated "End of the Plain Plane" era. Rendered in bold geometric blocks of orange, red, and golden-yellow, the design reflects the unmistakable color-forward aesthetic that defined Braniff's cabin interiors during the height of its Jet Age transformation. Measuring 64" x 46", the blankets feature a striking oversized plaid pattern consistent with Braniff's immersive branding program, which extended Alexander Girard's design philosophy beyond aircraft exteriors to cabin environments, ticket counters, lounge décor, and service items.
