Paul Tibbets Signed Printed Quote. The pilot of the Enola Gay that dropped the first atomic bomb on Hiroshima, August 6, 1945. An 8" x 10" yellow card with a boldly printed quote of his regarding that act: "...the morality of dropping that bomb was not my business. I was instructed to perform a military mission... and that was the thing I was going to do to the best of my ability." Signed at close: "Paul W. Tibbets". Excellent.
