Alan Bean Signed Limited Edition "Lunar High Five" Giclée Canvas, #125/400. A 16" x 19" fine art color canvas print on a wooden stretcher issued in 2000 from an original 1997/2000 acrylic painting by Bean, signed lower left in gold: "Alan Bean/ 125/400/ Apollo 12". Bean describes this work: "Being on the Ocean of Storms was not luck, but a result of careful and dedicated work by thousands or engineers and scientists back on planet Earth. We were so happy and excited about getting ready to do the productive work we had trained long and hard to do, that a high-five would have felt just right." Beautiful, as-issued condition.Included with this lot is a Certificate of Authenticity from Greenwich Workshop, the issuing gallery.
