Projects Mercury and Gemini: Large Framed Display Featuring Signatures from Twelve Astronauts. A large 39" x 23.5" frame that features a plethora of signatures important to the two programs. At left is a 9" x 18" vintage Mercury spacecraft print that is signed in blue and black inks: "W Schirra", "Gus Grissom", "J H Glenn Jr." and "Alan B. Shepard Jr". At the right are two 10" x 8" photos of astronauts and ground personel signed in black ink by astronauts: "Rusty Schweickart", "Charles Conrad", "Walt Cunningham", Bob Overmyer", "Dick Truly", "Gordon Cooper", "James Lovell", and "Buzz Aldrin". Framed at the center is a certificate giving thanks to astronautics team member Robert Ellis. The photos also feature numerous signatures by the ground personel on their images. A great collection for autograph enthusiasts. Age related toning to photos, overall fine.Auction Info
