A 20" x 16" silk finish B&W photo of the severely damaged Apollo 13 Service Module as photographed from the Lunar Module/ Command Module following SM jettisoning. Far in the distance, the "lost" moon can be seen. Signed in silver felt tip: "Our 'Lost Moon' & Damaged Service Module! April 11, 1970/ Fred Haise/ Apollo 13". Dramatic photo.
