Description
Neil Armstrong Hand-Drawn Diagram of the Earth and the Moon on His NASA Notepaper, Directly from His Brother's Collection. A 5.25" x 8" sheet with the NASA logo and "from the desk of NEIL ARMSTRONG" printed at top. He has made a drawing in pencil, quite detailed depicting a person standing on the earth at 30° latitude and another standing on the moon in the same position. Angles and poles are drawn in and labeled. Quite a neat diagram from one of the small group of men to have made that journey. A lot of display potential here. Folds, stains, and indentations from the back where someone was testing a ballpoint pen, very good. A Certificate of Authenticity from Neil's brother Dean Armstrong will accompany this lot.Auction Info
