NASA Manned Flight Awareness Posters: Group of Three Originals (Large Size) Featuring the Apollo 11 Mission. Issued by the Manned Flight Awareness Office at NASA to encourage quality workmanship and boost morale. All are on lightweight cardstock. Great period display items. All excellent.(1) "I believe this nation should commit..." with a beautiful graphic showing the LM on top of an American flag-draped moon. The quote is credited to John F. Kennedy, May 26, 1961. 14.5" x 20", graphics by Philco-Ford. A rare and desirable poster.
(2) "Houston, Tranquility base here..." pictures LM Eagle on the moon, 16" x 21".
(3) "Precious Cargo. Our lives- in your hands" pictures the crew, 16" x 21"
