Apollo 16 NASA Final Flight Plan Book Dated March 6, 1972. A 400+ page document, 8" x 10.5", five-hole punched and held together by one staple. A flight plan, such as this, provides the crew and Mission Control with a quick reference to the events planned during a spaceflight as well as a wealth of other miscellaneous information. Just a few unidentified ink notations were noted in this book. Apollo 16, with crewmembers Young, Duke, and Mattingly, was the fifth manned lunar landing mission, April 16-27, 1972.
