Apollo 11: NASA "Mission Operation Report, Apollo Supplement" Book Originally from Charles T. D'Aiutolo. An 8" x 10.5" three-hole punched, staplebound book, Report No. M-932-69, dated July 1969. Printed single-side, 125 pages with numerous illustrations. These were prepared "expressly for the use of NASA Senior Management... to provide [them] with timely, complete, and definitive information on flight mission plans..." Charles T. D'Aiutolo was an early NACA/NASA engineer who did research on the effects of space environment on space flight, particularly the effects of meteoroids on space structures. Not common.
