Description
Apollo 11 Crew-Signed NASA Mission Report. An eight-page illustrated publication summarizing the fabled Apollo 11 mission, numbered "MR-5" and dated "14 August 1969" on the front cover. In the white area around the title and above the image of Buzz Aldrin on the moon are the signatures of the crew: "Neil Armstrong", "Mike Collins", and "To James Rogan/ With Best Wishes/ Buzz Aldrin". There is also an autopenned Aldrin signature present. On the back cover, it is noted when these signatures were obtained: "Armstrong/ 1-16-76", "Collins/ 2-4-76", and "Aldrin 6-24-75".
