Apollo Command/Service Module 1/48 Model on Wooden Base Signed by Apollo 13 LMP Fred Haise, with Zarelli LOA. An 8.75" long x 4" diameter highly-detailed composite model on a 4.5" x 8.5" x 1" oval base that has been signed in silver felt tip: "'Houston, we've had a/ problem'/ April 11-17, 1970/ Fred Haise/ Apollo 13 LMP".
