Space Shuttle STS-41-B (Challenger) Flown
12K Gold Tie Clasp, Directly from the Personal Collection of Bruce
McCandless II. Tie clasp featuring an image of an astronaut
operating an MMU unit. Measuring 1.75" long with "Carried on
Challenger 2/3 - 11/84 B. McCandless II engraved on verso." Along
with "Balfour 1/20 12K" along the back of the clasp. An excellent
commemorative item from McCandless historic mission where he
completed the first untethered spacewalk. Very fine.
