Gemini 8 Flown Large Heat Shield Transverse Segment in Lucite Display. A section, 3.5" x 3.375" x 1", sealed in a 5" x 4.5" x 1.5" Lucite block with "GEMINI VIII/ ARMSTRONG-SCOTT/ MARCH 16, 1966" engraved on the back. Crewmembers for this mission were Neil Armstrong and Dave Scott. The first of this format that Heritage has ever offered from Gemini 8. Awesome for display. Light wear, otherwise excellent.
