x 8" double sided page with a tab that reads "D1/D2". This is a
page regarding one of the several successful experiments carried
out by Cooper and Conrad aboard this lengthy flight. Often offered
in smaller segments, rarely as full pages. Included is a COA from
Sandy Clarkson of The Right Stuff Inc. Very fine.Gemini 5 was a significant mission in the history of American spaceflight for several reasons. Launched on August 21, 1965, it marked a major step forward in the United States' efforts to achieve manned spaceflight capabilities necessary for the Apollo moon landings.
