Apollo 15 Lunar Module Flown Page from the "LM Malfunction
Procedures" Book, Originally from the Personal Collection of
Mission Commander Dave Scott, with Extensive Provenance from
Artifact Cloud. A 7.5" x 10.5" sheet (with 0.5" tab), numbered
"Page 23 / Page 24" with "Date 4-12-71" at top. Both pages consist
of flow charts used to diagnose malfunctions with "Symptom",
"Procedure" and "Remarks" columns. This book spent three days on
the moon in the Lunar Module Falcon while Dave Scott and Jim
Irwin performed scientific experiments and explored the moon. A
rare opportunity. Very fine. Included with the lot is a COA signed
by Florian Noller along with an additional notarized COA and copies
of original documents.
