A 1" x 1" piece of flown recording tape attached to an attractive 11" x 8.5" glossy photo presentation featuring a NASA photo of the Apollo 15 Command Module Endeavour in orbit above the moon along with the printed information: "This section of 14 track data and voice recording tape traveled to the moon and orbited 74 times aboard the Apollo 15 spacecraft 'Endeavour' July 26 - August 7, 1971".
