A wooden plaque of 10" x 10" x 0.875" to which is mounted a 10kg spring scale and a camera sun filter, both above a plate engraved: "APOLLO 14/ Jan.31 - Feb. 9, 1971/ To RON/ From AL, STU, & ED". The 6" long scale was made by Chatillon of New York, model IN-2, and has engraved measurements for both pounds and kilograms.
