Apollo 11 Winco Medallion Containing Command Module Flown Kapton Foil with Certificate of Authenticity from Been In Space. A very handsome 63mm medallion with a 0.25" square piece of Kapton foil embedded on one side; the text around reads: "Mission Flown Kapton Foil From The Apollo 11 Command Module Is Embedded In This Medallion".
