Apollo 11 Flown American Flag Certified and Signed by Buzz
Aldrin, with Photographic Provenance. A 6" x 4" silk U.S. flag
that flew to the Moon aboard the Apollo 11 mission. Aldrin has
signed on two of the lower white stripes in black ink: "Carried
to the Moon on Apollo XI/ Buzz Aldrin". An outstanding and
desirable flown relic with the highest level of provenance.
Included with the lot is a photo of Aldrin signing the flag as well
as the pen used to do so. Very fine.
