Twelve Apollo Astronauts Signed "Lunar Landing Mission Profile". A 30" x 11" diagram illustrating the eight-five key steps and milestones for an Apollo lunar landing mission. This chart has been signed by twelve Apollo astronauts including at least one from each mission. An amazing assemblage of signatures, as follows: "1st Manned Apollo Flight/ Walt Cunningham"; "First LM to Lunar Orbit/ Tom Stafford/ Apollo X Cdr/ LM-4" "Rusty Schweickart/ First Manned LM Flight/ Apollo 9"; "Fourth Lunar Landing/ Dave Scott/ Apollo 15"; "Charles M. Duke Jr/ Apollo 16/ Fifth Lunar Landing"; "Edgar Mitchell/ Apollo 14/ 3rd lunar landing"; "Fred Haise, Apollo 13/ Planned 3rd Lunar Landing - but boom!"; "Al Worden/ Apollo 15/ Fourth Lunar Landing"; "First Lunar Landing/ Buzz Aldrin/ Apollo XI"; "2nd Lunar Landing/ Alan Bean/ Apollo XII"; "James Lovell/ Apollo 8 & 13"; and "Gene Cernan/ 1st LM to Moon- Apollo X/ Last Lunar Landing-/ Apollo XVII".
