Description
Apollo 16 Crew-Signed Dollar Bill in Framed Display. A Series 1969 $1 United States Note, serial number K99762358A featuring signatures from the full crew the of the fifth lunar landing. The mission allowed long-time astronaut, and member of NASA Group 2, astronaut John Young to become a moonwalker. This would prove to be the penultimate moonlanding mission. The note was acquired by an employee of a Houston bank whom periodically interacted with Apollo era astronauts. Signed in various inks: "John Young", "Ken Mattingly", and "Charlie Duke".Auction Info
