Apollo 15: U.S.S. Okinawa Recovery Ship Souvenir Jacket Signed by Scott and Worden. A man's size "M" navy blue short zip-up jacket with "APOLLO - 15/ USS/ OKINAWA/ LPH-3" screened in white on the left breast. It is signed in silver beneath: "Al Worden/ Apollo 15/ CMP" and "Dave Scott/ Apollo 15/ CDR". These jackets were sold only aboard the prime recovery ship around the time of the August 7, 1971, splashdown of the Endeavour in the North Pacific. An interesting piece of signed period memorabilia. Shows light wear, still in very fine condition.
