Description
Apollo 10: Original "Snoopy Astronaut" Doll. A 9" tall Snoopy in a space suit and helmet, 1969, Determined Productions. The Apollo 10 Lunar Module was nicknamed Snoopy (the Command Module was Charlie Brown). Charles Schulz was a big fan and friend to the U.S. space program and Snoopy was used in the Manned Flight Awareness program. A bit faded, all original, very good. From the family collection of the late Donald T. Hamilton, a NASA engineer of 40+ years' service.Auction Info
