Apollo 10: Original "Snoopy Astronaut" Doll Signed by Mission Commander Tom Stafford, Near Mint in Box. A 9" tall Snoopy in a space suit and helmet, with original box, 1969, Determined Productions. The back of the bubble-style helmet is signed: "'Snoopy'/LM-4 Call Sign/ Tom Stafford/ Apollo X, Cdr/ May 69". LM-4 was the lunar module that flew with Apollo 10; it was nicknamed Snoopy (the CM was nicknamed Charlie Brown). Apollo 10 was the last "dress rehearsal" for the Apollo 11 moon landing; Tom Stafford and Gene Cernan flew Snoopy to within eight miles of the lunar surface. A great and fun item for display. Excellent condition.
