Description
Space X Flown Silver Coin Number 5 of 50 in Framed Display with Extensive COA. A 1.5" x 1.5" diameter silver coin that features images of all five Shuttle Orbiters minted with .999 silver and flown Space Shuttle material. These coins were flown to the ISS on SpaceX Mission CRS-14 where they were left aboard the ISS. They were later retrieved and returned to Earth on SpaceX Mission CRS-17. Framed to an overall 7' x 9" and featuring a plaque that states in part:" This coin was flown in Space for 14 months, 1 day, 1 hour and 18 minutes." Plaque also contains flight information for the two flights. Included is an incredible COA featuring color photos and descriptions of the entire process. First of its kind we have offered, and a great way to collect a low numbered artifact from the next era of spaceflight. Excellent.Auction Info
