Apollo 10 Robbins Medallion Obverse Die Originally from the Personal Collection of Mission Lunar Module Pilot Gene Cernan, with COA. A 2.5" x 2.5" x 2.25" block of hardened steel with a reversed image of the front of the shield-shaped Apollo 10 Robbins medal, based on the mission's insignia. There are several numbers engraved into three of the sides, as follows: "HPN H" (front); "D1143/ 4 69 HPN" (left); and "AB 141" (right). The weight of this die is a substantial 3.5 lbs. An amazing item for the Robbins collector who needs an absolutely unique paperweight or display piece. Excellent condition. From the Steven R. Belasco Collection of Space Memorabilia.

Included with this lot is a printed "Gene Cernan Garage Sale" Certificate of Authenticity from Novaspace stating, in part: "I certify that this item is from my personal collection of memorabilia from my career as a NASA astronaut..."
