Description
Neil Armstrong Owned and Worn Douglas Diver's Watch Directly from the Personal Collection of Neil's Brother Dean Armstrong. A vintage watch marked on the luminescent black dial: "Douglas/ Shock Resistant/ France" with a large arrow-style hour hand, a date window, and world time bezel. The back is engraved: "Base Metal Bezel - Stainless Back - Antimagnetic - Tested Water Resistant 6 ATM". Band included (possibly original). Manual wind. This was most likely given by Neil to his father or brother when he obtained a new watch. Crystal quite scratched and the watch likely needs a cleaning. It is currently running and keeping good time, very good overall. This lot will be accompanied by a signed COA from Neil Armstrong's brother, Dean.Auction Info
