Description
Apollo Program: Block One Command Module Power and Servo Assembly Tray. Complete with all ten removable modules, 17" x 4" x 2" overall. This is tray number nine for the Optical Electronics, part of a Block 1 Command Module Guidance and Navigation system. The electronics in this tray were the finest available at the time of manufacture; the original government cost of this tray was over $20,000 in 1965 dollars. The unit has the following markings: "NASA NO. 1007159 - REV D ACSK No. 3 - OPTICAL ELECTRONICS" and there are several red AC/ NASA flight triangle stamps on two of the modules and one on the back of the tray. There is an AC stamp on the back that has a date of 6/65. The PSA trays and modules were manufactured by AC Delco. Good condition.Auction Info
