Gene Cernan Signed Large Lunar Topographic Apollo 17 Landing Site Map. A large 25" x 26.25" map prepared by the Defense Mapping Agency of the Taurus-Littrow landing site of the final manned lunar mission. It has been signed in bold blue felt-tip: "The Valley of Tauris Littrow-/ Home of the Final Steps/ On Apollo Dec 11-14, 1972/ Gene Cernan/ CDR Apollo XVII." Numbered at bottom left 25 of 30. A highly displayable piece from the end of the Apollo era. Some handling wear at top and bottom borders, overall fine.Auction Info
