Apollo 17: NASA "Final Flight Plan" Book. An original 8" x 10.5" five-hole punched, staple-bound manual of 500+ pages, dated October 23, 1972. Prepared by the Flight Planning Branch, Crew Procedures Division. It is divided into six major sections: "Flight Plan Notes", "Charts and Tables", "Detailed Timeline", "Consumables Analysis", "Summary Timeline", and "Alternate Mission Summaries". The Detailed Timeline is particularly interesting- 410 pages of crew activities, planned minute by minute. A seldom-seen original document. Cover soiled, light wear, very good.Auction Info
