Approach and Landing Test (ALT) Manned Flight Awareness Medal
containing Flown Metal with Certificate. The fifth in the
series of MFA medals, this medal is 1.5" in diameter and
accompanied by a large certificate with the mission insignia and
facsimile autographs of the crewmembers. Haise has added in black
ink: "A highly successful test/ program to get the Space/
Shuttle Program off to a good start!/ Fred Haise/ Enterprise
CDR". Very fine.
