Apollo 11 Rare Backup Crew (Lovell, Anders, Haise) Signed Launch Cover. A philatelic cover with a 6ยข "Apollo 8" stamp affixed at left, bearing a hand cancelation from Kennedy Space Center dated July 16, 1969, the day that Apollo 11 was launched. The cachet is an Apollo 11 insignia rubber stamp. At right, the names of the three members of the backup crew's names have been typed. Above each are the neat felt tip signatures as follows: "James Lovell", "Bill Anders", and "Fred W Haise". The first such item Heritage has offered. Excellent.
