Minor bumping to the corner, otherwise a near fine copy.Montgomery and Gaffney , both writers for the Dayton Daily News, authored this work on John Herschel Glenn (July 18, 1921) who was the third American in space and the first American to fully orbit the Earth and received the Congressional Space Medal of Honor. However, in this work the focus is upon his flight into space in 1998 at the age of 77 on the Space Shuttle Discovery, becoming the oldest person to fly in space. John Glenn signed the half-title page.
