Neil Armstrong Signed The Autobiography of Robert Hutchings Goddard: Father of the Space Age Limited Edition Book. Early Years to 1927 (Worcester, Massachusetts: Achille J. St. Onge, 1966). This small first edition book is bound in blue leather with gilt title and cover graphic, measures 2.125" x 2.875", has eighty-five gilt-edged pages, and is signed on the half-title page: "Neil Armstrong". It was published to commemorate the fortieth anniversary of Goddard's first liquid propellant rocket in a limited, numbered edition of only 1926 copies, of which this is number 1863. Very rare signed by Neil Armstrong, the first man to step on the moon during the Apollo 11 mission. Fine.Auction Info
