Mercury Seven Astronauts Book Signed By John Glenn and Scott Carpenter with Autopen Signatures for Remaining Five: We Seven by The Astronauts Themselves. (New York: Simon and Schuster, 1962). First edition, first printing. Neatly signed on the illustrated free front endpaper in black ink: " J H Glenn, Jr", and "Scott Carpenter". There are well placed autopen signatures for the remaining five astronauts. This is a wonderful book in the astronauts' own words, published just after Scott Carpenter's voyage on Aurora 7 in 1962. A 1963 NASA MSC return form is included. Hardbound in dust jacket, octavo, 352 pages, illustrated. A fine copy.Auction Info
