Description
Winchester Model 42 Slide Action Shotgun.Serial no. 23257 [barrel and receiver], .410 gauge [3-inch], 28-inch barrel with modified choke and front bead sight. Blued finish. Smooth walnut pistolgrip stock and grooved fore-end. Checkered hard rubber factory buttplate. Manufactured in 1936.
NOTE: This lot falls under the GCA Act and has Federal Firearms Licensing Requirements.
Condition: Excellent as partially refinished. Overall showing light handling wear. Repair to wood at right side of wrist. Action crisp. Strong bore.
