Description
Winchester Model 1897 Slide Handle Shotgun. Serial No. E835259, 12 gauge, full choke, 32-inch round barrel with single bead. Walnut pistol-grip stock and grooved slide handle. Black composition Winchester buttplate. Manufactured 1935.Condition: Good. Retaining 40-50% thin finish, the remainder with a brown patina. Scattered areas of light pitting and spotting with wear along the high spots. Stock scratched and with scattered bruising. Mechanically sound. Bore bright.
