.410 Winchester Model 42 Slide Action Shotgun. Serial no. 11995. .410 bore. 26-inch barrel with Simmons ventilated rib. Barrel marked: Skeet. Oval rib posts. Rib marked: Simmons Gun Specialties Inc. Kansas, City, Mo. Blued slide action. Pistolgrip stock of straight grain walnut with maker's buttplate. Standard grooved fore-end. Data: Choke: 0.001 inches. (Cylinder). Pull: 14 inches.Condition: Excellent, as partially redone. Action and barrel show 96-98% reblued finish. Wood shows some nicks and scratches with losses to the finish.
